What you buy

Digital files, not objects. For a plate: a .3mf file, one STL per piece, a print guide and renders, in one zip. For the rack: laser-cut drawings for every size, as SVG sheets. You print or cut them yourself, on your own equipment.

Price and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. The seller is Redmark Studio, Switzerland (see the imprint).

Delivery

Your files are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed, on the page you return to from checkout, and by a link we email you. The link works for a year and always serves the newest version of each file.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download is made available, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing it — which checkout asks you to do. If a file is broken or will not download, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

What you may do with the files

Print, cut and use them for yourself, as often as you like, and keep or give away what you make. You may not share or resell the files, and you may not sell prints or racks made from them. The full licence is included in every download.

Printing results

The files are tested on the printer and laser named in each guide. Printers, filaments and plywood vary, so we cannot promise that every machine produces an identical result; the guide says what the files were tuned for.

What the catalogue says

Piece counts, plate dimensions, scale and vertical exaggeration are generated from the print geometry and are accurate. Colours on a screen are an approximation of printed filament. A plate shown here exists as finished geometry; that is the whole of what is claimed for it.

The maps

Plates are derived from public geographic datasets. Boundaries are simplified for printing and the smallest units are merged where a piece would otherwise be too small to handle safely, so a plate is a faithful physical model and not a survey document. Nothing here is suitable for navigation, planning or any legal determination of a boundary.

Intellectual property

The underlying geographic data belongs to its respective providers under their own licences. The designs, the artwork on this site and the text are ours.
