Tell us what you need Every plate is made to order, so an enquiry is the start of the process rather than an afterthought to it. Schools, families, museums and people who want a map of a place that is not listed are all in the right place.

Your message — ages you teach, roughly how many plates, and whether you need a local map Open in your email app This opens a message in your own mail app with the details filled in, so nothing gets lost on the way and you keep a copy. If that does not work on your device, write to hello@redmark.world directly.
What to expect A reply from a person, usually within a couple of working days. Every plate is printed to order, so the answer to “can you make this” is nearly always yes and the useful part of the conversation is lead time.
Schools and institutions Written quotes, purchase orders and school invoicing are all normal here. Say what ages you teach and roughly how many plates you have in mind, and the quote comes back with lead times rather than a catalogue.
A place that is not listed The collection is what has been cut so far, not what can be cut. The question that decides a new one is usually what you want the pieces to be — municipalities, districts, sub-basins — and whether there is boundary data honest enough to cut from. Say that much and it usually goes from there.
